If any of the above resonates, you’re not alone. I've been there too! Struggling to balance my personal life, my passion for helping others, and the practicalities of building a meaningful, sustainable and successful coaching practice.

But over the past 10 years, I’ve learned that clarity is key.
When I clearly defined:

my unique experience, gifts, skills and talents

And this is why as part of this process we'll focus on developing valuable content for your website and social media profiles.

I don't have it all figured out, but I'm here to share what I've learnt along the way.

This is how we'll do it:

This programme is a mixture of one-to-one/ on-line coaching sessions and self-reflective work where you will:

Understand the power of your personal story - your journey of transformation - and how this can help others.
Get clear on who you want to be as a coach or practitioner and who you want to work with and why.
Define your mission, your vision and what you stand for.
Uncover your unique blueprint.
Create a programme (offer) using this blueprint.
Gather insightful content for your website and social media.
Gain the confidence to present yourself and your work in a way that feels aligned, powerful, and true to you.

Along the way, we will also address disempowering beliefs and potential obstacles. So that by the end of this journey you will be able to share with confidence what you stand for, your message and your offer.

In person and on-line

The programme lasts 6 weeks, and we'll connect each week (sometimes in person, sometimes on-line). I will be coaching and guiding you throughout, as well as sharing powerful tools to help you make the most of this process and create great results.

You will be able to follow up on your journey through a personalised and password protected page on the taketimetobeyou.com site.
