This half-day retreat is a curated experience made just for you! It consists of one-to-one coaching sessions, mindful and reflective practices in a beautiful hotel setting with access to nature (and delicious food!).

How does it work?

We will meet at Aryasom Villa - a boutique hotel (some might say a little heaven) right in the heart of Bangkok - where we'll enjoy morning tea and lunch whilst we talk and carry out our coaching session. We will meet at 10 a.m and finish by 2 p.m or start at 9 a.m and finish at 1 p.m - you choose.

To help you get clear on the path ahead we will use a mixture of life coaching, mindful and reflective practices. These are all carefully put together to create a seamless experience that helps you go from feeling stuck to feeling clear and purposeful.

After the day you will have access to additional guidance (including notes and audio prompts) over a period of 30 days. These are there designed to help you integrate what you discovered during the retreat.

How much is it?

This half-day retreat is 8,900 TBH.
The cost includes morning tea and a set lunch.
Stationery and materials used on the day.
And 30-days access to audio and digital tools to help you integrate all the learnings from the day.
