The journey ahead


Thank you for reaching out. I commend you for making this commitment to yourself and your personal growth and wellbeing. I am here to guide and coach you through this process and to empower you with the tools you need to navigate this phase of your life in a meaningful way.

The coaching programme I offer is called Take time to BE YOU and it's a 4-step guided programme that allows you to work through issues/ and transform using a cycle of 4 steps. And these steps will be our blueprint for change. (However - after our talk yesterday - I have added a couple of extra sessions for you to help you cover other lifestyle aspects that are very important at the beginning of your motherhood journey). 

Regardless of whether you are dealing with issues of overwhelm, anxiety, feeling confused or just need some clarity on the steps ahead, this programme (which uses coaching and Rapid Transformational Therapy techniques, as well as an understanding of Neuroscience and brain health) will help you get to the other side.

A holistic approach


​Mental and physical health
are intertwined and therefore it is important to consider every aspect of your health in order to make meaningful changes. (Specially as more scientific research suggests that making changes to diet, environmental factors and lifestyle choices, can have a great impact in relieving depression)

In parallel to our coaching sessions - I invite you to consider these aspects of your life and to intentionally make changes that will lead to improved health. 

- sleep/ micro naps/ meditation (relaxation) 
- support network/ relationships/ level of connection 
- nutrition (eating foods that support your body during this time of your life)
- exercise/ activity levels/ outdoor 
- stress levels

In our first session we will discuss this in more detail and I will make some helpful suggestions you could start implementing soon.

• If you'd like to check for specific markers to see if you are deficient in anything or in need of supplements I'd suggest working alongside a Functional Medicine doctor who can carry out all the relevant blood tests. They can also suggest dietary changes as well as adequate supplementation. Dr Torsak from the Better Being Hospital might be able to help


Themes (* specific to you)

We will address the following themes in our coaching sessions as a way to empower you through this phase of your life. 
  • Calming and relaxation techniques (including breath-work and meditation)
  • Addressing unrealistic expectations and beliefs with regards to yourself and motherhood
  • Acknowledging past events, understanding lessons from the past and releasing old pain.
  • Getting clear on what is important to you and what you want your life to look like
  • A clear vision/ path for the future - the mindset and tools that will help you make this happen
  • Committing to meaningful action - what does it take to get to where you want. To feel how you want to feel and to be the person you want to be. 


The sessions


Sessions can be done in person or online (over Skype or Zoom) and they will last between 90 mins to 2 hours. We can discuss the exact duration prior to the session to make sure you are available for the full duration. 

It's recommended that you do the full course of sessions in order to achieve best results. One session a week is a good way to start and then as you start to feel better we can have more time in between sessions. But we can discuss this as we move along. 

​IMPORTANT:  I'd like to point out that my aim throughout this process is to empower you with the tools you need in order to change or achieve your chosen goal. 

I love sharing what I know - so by the end of this process you will be comfortably armed with an extensive array of tools you can tap into whenever you need. (I'll share these with you via your own password protected page on my site).

Guiding principles
​

Before we get started, I invite you to embrace the following concepts as they will help you make the most of the coaching process and set you up for success. 

• Embrace curiosity and being non-judgemental.
I encourage you to begin this journey with an open mind. And when you come across moments where you feel unsure, embrace them with curiosity, question what's happening but don't judge it as this may hinder your progress. 

• Being committed to the process and the journey ahead
Ask yourself am I committed to this or just interested?* If you are committed you will do whatever it takes (even the stuff that is not as fun or not so easy, or that which pushes you outside your comfort zone) to make this happen and to create the change you want. On the other hand, if you are just interested, then any old excuse will be enough to stand in your way. 

So go ahead and do what you need to make this work and transformation a non-negotiable in your life. 

• A willingness to learn. Bring along an open mind. 

• Honesty.
You owe it to yourself. The more open and honest you are the more authentic and meaningful the results will be.

And remember YOU ARE ENOUGH! 
You have everything in you to create the change you desire. And even if you don't believe that to be the case already, that's what I'm here for. To help you reset those limiting beliefs!

Hi, I'm Carolina and I'm your coach and guide. I help women find their spark again. 

And I am here to help you get clear on who you really want to be (how you want to show up in the world), what you want to do (and WHY!) and how to do more of it. As well as to get rid of any limiting beliefs that might be getting in your way.

I'm the creator of the Take time to BE YOU practice, a 4-step guided coaching practice (as pictured below) which we'll use to structure our journey of self-discovery and growth. 

This practice is based on the most up to date theories of cognitive change and it is guided by the principles of life coaching, design-thinking, positive psychology and neuroplasticity.

In addition to this, and in order to support you as best as I can, I am a certified Life Purpose Life Coach, I am a qualified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner, I have completed both a Mindfulness course and Fundamentals of Breath-work course so that I can include these techniques in our practice.

I am also passionate about understanding the power of our subconscious mind and our own neuroplasticity. Which is why I recently completed a course by. the Neuroscience Academy on Neuroscience and Applied Brain Health
