TRUE YOU • one-day retreat for mums
Discover your authentic self and learn how to choose your path. This is a one-day retreat, especially designed for mothers, who feel like they've lost track of who they are as women, and are ready to focus on themselves again and rediscover their true self. Come join Jasmin Braun (Certified Life Coach) and Carolina Herrera (Creator of the Take time to BE YOU practice) as they bring together their knowledge and experience to help you reconnect with your authentic self. On the day you will: • Learn strategies for self-discovery. • Get clear on what really matters in your life. • Be equipped with easy-to-use tools that will allow you to step into your true self and pave the way for a more meaningful future. We will be working in a small group setting (5 participants and 2 facilitators) so there will be plenty of time for exploration and sharing. One-day-retreat inclusive of snacks and lunch 4,250 Baht per person.
