The journey ahead
I'm super excited that you reached out and that you're ready to make this commitment to yourself and your personal growth. I am here to guide and coach you through this process and to empower you with the tools you need to live a more authentic and meaningful life.
The Take time to BE YOU practice is a 4-step guided coaching programme that allows you to work through issues/ transformation using a cycle of 4 steps. And these steps will be our blueprint for change.
Regardless of whether you are dealing with issues of overwhelm, anxiety, feeling confused or just need some clarity on the steps ahead, this 4 step programme (which is grounded on the principles of cognitive change) will help you get to the other side.
"I really enjoyed the sessions with Carolina, she is a great person and a wonderful coach. I would definitely recommend to follow her program, it made a big difference for me and helped me see my life as a mother in a different point of view. I liked her way of giving different tools so you can find which one is the best for you, and I am sure I will be using a lot of what I learned in the future."
Snapshot of the structure we will follow:
Invest in your growth and transformation here.
• Embrace curiosity and being non-judgemental.
I encourage you to begin this journey with an open mind. And when you come across moments where you feel unsure, embrace them with curiosity, question what's happening but don't judge it as this may hinder your progress.
• Being committed to the process and the journey ahead
Ask yourself am I committed to this or just interested?* If you are committed you will do whatever it takes (even the stuff that is not as fun or not so easy, or that which pushes you outside your comfort zone) to make this happen and to create the change you want. On the other hand, if you are just interested, then any old excuse will be enough to stand in your way.
So go ahead and do what you need to make this work and transformation a non-negotiable in your life.
• A willingness to learn. Bring along an open mind.
• Honesty. You owe it to yourself. The more open and honest you are the more authentic and meaningful the results will be.
And remember YOU ARE ENOUGH!
You have everything in you to create the change you desire. And even if you don't believe that to be the case already, that's what I'm here for. To help you reset those limiting beliefs!
* I learnt to use this question by looking at the work of John Assaraf and his book Innercise, which I highly recommend.
And here is something interesting to do before our first session. (optional)
The following on-line exercises are incredibly informative. They give us some helpful insights into your value and belief systems, which is why I use them. So if you have the time, please give them a go and we'll discuss the results when we chat next.
In 2006, Tony Robbins gave the famous talk, “Why We Do The Things We Do.” Over ten years later, it is still one of the most popular TED talks of all time – and for good reason. Every single person has the same fundamental six “human needs,” but each person places different levels of importance on them and has unique beliefs about how to satisfy those needs. By understanding what your #1 human need is and how that shapes your behavior, you can take control over your life’s direction and even learn how to create new patterns that unlock your hidden potential and lead you to lasting fulfilment.
And I am here to help you get clear on who really want to be (how you want to show up in the world), what you want to do (and WHY!) and how to do more of it. As well as to get rid of any limiting beliefs that might be getting in your way.
Our work together will inspire and empower you to live a more authentic and meaningful life.
You are in safe hands:
I'm the creator of the Take time to BE YOU practice, a 4-step guided coaching practice (as pictured below) which we'll use to structure our journey of self-discovery and growth.
This practice is based on the most up to date theories of cognitive change and it is guided by the principles of life coaching, design-thinking, positive psychology and neuroplasticity.
I am also passionate about understanding the power of our subconscious mind and our own neuroplasticity. Which is why I'm currently completing a course on Neuroscience and Brain Health by the Neuroscience Academy in Australia.
