We are about to embark on a 4-step guided coaching programme that allows you to work through a life challenge / transformation using a cycle of 4 steps. And these steps will be your blueprint for change. Regardless of whether you are dealing with issues of overwhelm, anxiety, feeling confused or just need some clarity on the steps ahead, this 4 step programme will help you get to the other side. "I really really enjoyed the coaching sessions. Each session is very different and focusses on different aspects, which I think is really important. Carolina is a coach with all her heart. I have never seen anything like that. Normally it’s just a profession for people, but with her it’s different. She cares so much for what she is doing and you can feel that straight away.."
Daniela The sessionsSessions can be done in person or online (over WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom) and they will last between 90 mins to 2 hours. We can discuss the exact duration prior to the session to make sure you are available for the full duration.
It's recommended that you do the 4 sessions over a period of a month (once a week) in order to create a real shift. After you've done these sessions, which make up the Core practice, you may sign up for another set of 4 if you desire. The additional sessions would be spread out over a period of two months, and are aimed at keeping up the momentum and cementing new beliefs through targeted action. In addition to the coaching sessions (and as a way of complementing these) I will share with you summary notes, tools and resources via your own password protected page on this site. Guiding principles
Before we get started, I invite you to embrace the following concepts as they will help you make the most of the coaching process and set you up for success.
If you are committed you will do whatever it takes to make this work and to create the change you want. On the other hand, if you are just interested, then any old excuse will stand in your way. So go ahead and do what you need to make this work/ transformation a non-negotiable in your life.
And remember YOU ARE ENOUGH! You have everything in you to create the change you desire. And even if you don't believe that to be the case already, that's what I'm here for. To help you reset those limiting beliefs! Reference material: * John Assaraf and his book Innercise, which I highly recommend. And here is something interesting to do before our first session. (optional)The following on-line exercises are incredibly informative. They give us some helpful insights into your value and belief systems, which is why I use them. So if you have the time, please give them a go and we'll discuss the results when we chat next.

In addition to this, and in order to support you as best as I can, I am a certified Life Purpose Life Coach, I am a qualified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner, I have completed both a Mindfulness course and Fundamentals of Breath-work course so that I can include these techniques in our practice.
I am also passionate about understanding the power of our subconscious mind and our own neuroplasticity. Which is why I have completed a course on Neuroscience and Brain Health by the Neuroscience Academy in Australia. |
